Admissions

Entry Requirements

Professional programmes require applicants to be at least 18 years of age with a genuine passion for the culinary arts. No prior kitchen experience is necessary for Level I. Level II requires completion of Level I or equivalent professional experience. All applicants undergo a short interview and kitchen assessment.

How to Apply

Begin by completing our online enquiry form. Our admissions team will arrange a school tour and informal interview. Places are offered on a rolling basis and we recommend applying at least three months before your preferred start date.
