Chef Rukayat

Chef Rukayat Momoh, a Nigerian Chef, popularly known as Giggles… She is the executive chef and owner of Giggles Culinary Place, an outfit which consists of a Culinary School and a bespoke fine-dining catering service.

 

She has taught in culinary schools, styled for various food commercials, hosted cooking shows, restaurants pop-ups, food competitions and consulted restaurants and a few food brands.

 

Started out as a baker at the tender age of 13. With a Diploma in Education, a BSC in Zoology, and a Diploma in Culinary Arts, She has been in the hospitality industry for well over 10 years.

 

Asides teaching, Chef Rukayat is a huge promoter of Afrofusion Cuisine. And she is the current president of CAPA (Culinary Arts Practitioners Association of Nigeria).
